Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas regularly to deter and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to identify and address any security breaches or concerns promptly.
- Control access to premises, verifying identification and logging visitors, contractors, and employees according to established procedures.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations with speed and professionalism, liaising with local law enforcement or emergency services as required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, unusual occurrences, and visitor logs.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and visitors.
- Conduct routine checks of security systems, doors, windows, and gates to ensure their operational integrity.
- Provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed, while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding security matters.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills, staying updated with best practices.
