Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points, verifying identity and purpose of all entrants.
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter and internal areas, identifying and reporting security breaches or suspicious activities.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems, responding promptly to any alerts or unusual observations.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and visitor information.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents in accordance with established protocols.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and visitors.
- Assist residents and visitors with security-related inquiries and provide directions when needed.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel and estate management to enhance overall security operations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
