Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter and common areas to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts or suspicious incidents.
- Control access to the estate, verifying identities of visitors and contractors, and issuing temporary passes as required.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and visitor movements.
- Assist residents with security-related inquiries and provide a helpful, reassuring presence.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance to maintain order and safety.
- Respond effectively to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, coordinating with relevant authorities when necessary.
- Report any security breaches, unusual occurrences, or maintenance issues to the appropriate management.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all security equipment and report any malfunctions.
