Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences, including room setup and refreshments.
- Prepare and format various documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required by senior staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, taking messages accurately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and managing petty cash.
- Support the human resources department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure the reception area and common office spaces are tidy, presentable, and well-maintained.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and executives as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members when required.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, and projectors.
