Key Responsibilities
- Assist retail managers in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Learn and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer appeal.
- Engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Participate in sales training and develop proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Shadow senior managers to understand team leadership, scheduling, and performance management.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness and organization.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
