Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Gakenke office team.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of local marketing campaigns, community events, and internal communications.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for relevant team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for project documents and administrative records.
- Support the creative team by assisting with content gathering, minor design adjustments, or material distribution for local initiatives.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting emails and handling inquiries.
- Perform general data entry and maintain accurate databases as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- A diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience (internship or part-time) in an office support or administrative role.
