Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively and successfully in all phases of the overseas training program.
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency in assisting physical therapists with patient care, under supervision.
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies before and after patient sessions.
- Assist patients with exercises, transfers, and mobility as directed by a supervising therapist.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area.
- Document patient activities, progress, and observations accurately and promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and colleagues.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling and record-keeping.
