Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring accurate categorization and easy retrieval.
- Perform data entry tasks, updating records and databases with new information promptly and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information at all times.
- Assist with the scanning, archiving, and indexing of documents.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties, including photocopying, printing, and mailing.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management, placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate document flow and information sharing.
- Respond to internal requests for documents and information in a timely manner.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
