Key Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages efficiently.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring proper categorization and easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating databases accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and format various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages, and handling routine inquiries professionally and courteously.
