Career.supersecrets is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Motion Designer to join our expanding remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective motion designs.
- Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all assets.
- Assist in conceptualizing, storyboarding, and executing animated sequences for marketing campaigns, educational content, and corporate communications.
- Contribute to video editing tasks, including selecting footage, adding transitions, and synchronizing audio with visuals.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions, making revisions to designs based on constructive criticism.
- Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques to continuously improve workflow and output quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including keyframe animation, expressions, and effects).
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing motion design projects, even if personal or academic.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, timing, and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related creative field.
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation.
- Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles as they apply to motion design.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
