Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketers, and project managers to understand project requirements and creative briefs.
- Develop initial concepts, storyboards, animatics, and mood boards to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Work with existing brand guidelines and assets to ensure consistency and adherence to visual identity across all animated content.
- Learn and effectively utilize industry-standard software, primarily Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Actively contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives during team brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare files for final delivery, ensuring high quality, correct specifications, and efficient workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills.
- Participate in feedback sessions, iterate on designs, and refine animations based on constructive criticism from the team.
Required Skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills and an understanding of motion graphics principles (personal projects, academic work, or self-taught examples are welcome).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of animation principles such as timing, spacing, anticipation, and follow-through.
- Exceptional creativity, imagination, and a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.
