Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and publish content across Career.supersecrets' social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to grow our online community and engagement.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, engage with comments and messages, and identify opportunities for brand interaction.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing content calendar.
- Help track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the senior marketing team on ideation for new campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
