Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment centers, and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of job postings, ensuring they meet Bank of Kigali's branding guidelines and are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications based on established criteria.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide data analysis to HR management.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the HR department as required, contributing to overall departmental efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in an HR career.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Kinyarwanda is highly advantageous.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in an office or HR environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS software.
  • Basic understanding of Rwandan labor laws and recruitment best practices.
