Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks including watering, weeding, pruning, and mulching under supervision.
- Assist in planting new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant material.
- Operate and maintain basic gardening equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and reporting signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Participate in soil preparation, fertilization, and irrigation activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of garden areas, pathways, and outdoor spaces.
