Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning of trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
- Weeding garden beds and maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor areas.
- Operating and maintaining basic gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Monitoring plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and reporting findings.
- Participating in soil preparation and enhancement activities.
- Assisting with irrigation system checks and basic repairs.
