Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Gardeners with daily residential landscaping tasks, including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and light machinery safely and effectively (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers) under supervision.
- Prepare soil and planting beds for new installations and seasonal changes, ensuring proper soil amendments.
- Monitor plant health and identify common pests or diseases, reporting findings promptly to supervisors.
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly and watering schedules are adhered to for optimal plant hydration.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas, tools, and work vehicles daily.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Willingness to learn and implement sustainable gardening practices and eco-friendly solutions.
