Key Responsibilities
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks including weeding, watering, mowing, pruning, and planting.
- Assist in the preparation of garden beds, including soil amendment and fertilization.
- Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and report findings to supervisors.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure gardens are kept clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
- Participate in landscape installation projects, including laying turf, planting new trees/shrubs, and hardscaping elements as required.
- Learn and apply best practices in sustainable gardening and water conservation.
- Follow instructions from senior gardeners and supervisors accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working on client properties.

- Basic knowledge of plant care and gardening techniques.
