As a Junior Engineer – Site Technician, you will be an integral part of our on-site team, working closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure that construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and project managers in overseeing daily construction activities on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily site reports, including progress, resource utilization, and challenges.
- Assist in the verification of materials delivered to the site, ensuring they meet required specifications and quantities.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of site safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in site meetings, taking notes and assisting in follow-up actions.
- Assist in quantity surveying and preparing measurement sheets for works executed.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Learn and apply relevant construction codes, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of construction principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Preferred Qualifications
