Key Responsibilities
- Assist mechanical engineers and technicians in the installation, diligent maintenance, and essential repair of various mechanical systems and heavy equipment (e.g., engines, pumps, generators, HVAC units, heavy construction machinery).
- Conduct thorough routine inspections and perform proactive preventive maintenance checks on mechanical components to ensure optimal performance and promptly identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Support the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical faults and malfunctions with precision, under the direct supervision of senior personnel.
- Actively participate in the careful assembly, precise disassembly, and accurate adjustment of mechanical parts and complex systems.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance activities performed, current equipment status, and inventory of parts and tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices on site at all times.
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently, ensuring their longevity and proper function.
- Assist in the procurement, systematic organization, and efficient management of mechanical spare parts and consumables.
