Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of a wide range of dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.

- Prepare ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning meats, cleaning produce) as instructed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP principles, proper storage temperatures).
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate supply needs to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries according to established procedures.
- Work collaboratively with all kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Adapt to varying kitchen demands and learn new tasks and cooking methods quickly.
