Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and dicing ingredients.
- Learn and execute basic cooking methods under supervision, such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
- Support the plating and presentation of dishes for various catering events.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and receiving deliveries.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, as trained.
