Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of engaging visual content for various digital and print platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Ensure all design assets adhere strictly to Career.supersecrets' brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and talent acquisition teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Support the senior design team in conceptualizing and producing new creative ideas and campaigns.
- Prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and optimal quality across different mediums.
- Research current design trends and techniques to contribute fresh and innovative ideas to team discussions.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design iterations with an open and constructive approach.
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and proper archiving.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail
