Café One by Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Barista to join our friendly café team in Apapa, Lagos. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and speciality drinks, adhering to Café One's quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment with care and precision.
- Handle cash and card transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy in all dealings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the café area, including the service counter, seating area, and equipment, in line with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring supplies, and reporting low stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
