Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and other bar essentials; assist with inventory management and ordering as needed.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, process transactions, and manage the till.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing recommendations.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist senior bar staff and management with various tasks to ensure smooth lounge operations.
- Learn and adapt to new drink recipes and service techniques quickly.
- Report any guest complaints or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
