Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to hotel standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a pleasant lounge experience.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar, including cleaning and restocking.
- Resolve minor guest complaints and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, verifying age and monitoring guest consumption.
