Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Monitor and restock bar inventory, reporting any shortages or replenishment needs to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the lounge service area.
- Provide prompt and courteous service, anticipating guest needs.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth lounge operations.
