Key Responsibilities
- Assist property managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Liaise with tenants for inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation of property reports, lease agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Support the collection and tracking of rent payments and other property-related fees.
- Maintain an organized inventory of property assets and supplies.
- Help organize and schedule property viewings and client meetings.
- Contribute to fostering a positive tenant experience through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.
