Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and maintenance of financial records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the preparation of various financial reports, statements, and summaries under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Learn and apply company accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Assist in the processing of invoices, expense claims, and payroll-related documentation.
- Help with bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering and organizing financial data.
- Participate in inventory verification and asset management support activities as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information flow.
- Undertake specific projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the finance management to gain diverse experience.
- Actively engage in learning opportunities and mentorship sessions provided within the department.
Required Skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
