Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled plumbing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of water, drain, and gas systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues accurately and efficiently.
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing appliances.
- Conduct drain cleaning using various methods and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, recommend solutions, and provide estimates.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Required Skills
- Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber's License
- Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience as a Journeyman Plumber
- Proficiency in all aspects of plumbing system installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification
