Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in offices, corridors, and communal areas.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors, ensuring streak-free results.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when reordering is necessary to ensure continuous operation.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines at all times.
- Report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or damage to management promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility.
- Ensure all areas are secure at the end of the shift, including locking doors and windows.
Required Skills
