Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Monitor system performance, perform routine checks, and ensure data backup and recovery procedures are followed.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
