Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, M&A, and leveraged buyout analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive industry and company-specific research.
- Prepare pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials.
- Assist in all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
- Perform financial analysis, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis, and discounted cash flow models.
- Support senior bankers in client meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to internal strategic initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
