Job Description
PNC Financial Services Group in Newark, NJ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banker to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and debt and equity financings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets and investment banking practices, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers significant growth potential within a well-established and respected financial institution. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers, working on complex transactions from initiation to completion, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of the investment banking lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Preparing presentations and other materials for clients and senior management

- Staying up-to-date on market trends and developments

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CFA charter
- Experience in a similar role at a reputable investment bank

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
