Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods and materials, ensuring proper documentation.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, adhering to FIFO/LIFO principles and maintaining proper rotation and accessibility.
- Assist with regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and package items efficiently for outgoing shipments, verifying order accuracy against picking lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after receiving appropriate training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, including aisles, storage areas, and loading docks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and health regulations.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, missing items, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided upon hire.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions meticulously and accurately.
- Basic communication skills in English to understand and convey information.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and working effectively within a team environment.
