Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately count, tag, and categorize inventory items, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse.
- Maintain precise inventory records using our internal tracking systems, performing data entry with high accuracy.
- Prepare and package items for outgoing shipments, ensuring products are correctly labeled and secured.
- Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and physical inventories) to reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify and report any damaged, defective, or missing inventory to supervisors immediately.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
