Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory using established procedures.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records, investigating root causes.
- Maintain organized and accessible inventory documentation, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the proper storage and retrieval of goods within the warehouse.
- Generate basic inventory reports as required by supervisors.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the inventory records area.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments regarding inventory status.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety and operational policies and procedures.
