Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory movements within the designated inventory management system.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and conduct physical inventory checks to reconcile with system records, identifying and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established protocols.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management, highlighting stock levels, movement trends, and potential issues.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and procurement departments to ensure smooth material flow and resolve inventory-related queries.
  • Assist in the organization and labeling of inventory, ensuring items are correctly stored and easily retrievable.
  • Process returns, damaged goods, and expired products, updating inventory records accordingly.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, flagging potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying and resolving discrepancies.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications
