Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell various insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.) to new and existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Guide clients through the claims process, providing clear communication and support to ensure a seamless experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay current with insurance market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, policy documents, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and benefits, ensuring full understanding.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
