Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Present and explain a range of insurance products (life, health, auto, property) in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new policies.
- Assist clients diligently with the entire claims process, from initial notification to final settlement.
- Guide clients on required documentation for claims submission and ensure accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims processing.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication to clients regarding their policy coverage and claims status.
- Stay informed about new products, market trends, and regulatory changes within the insurance industry.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims follow-ups.
