Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance, tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documentation and providing empathetic support.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed advice.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Manage and maintain an organized client portfolio and sales pipeline.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
