Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach within the Kwali community and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present suitable insurance products (life, health, property, casualty, etc.).
- Educate clients on policy terms, coverage options, and benefits, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new policies and renewals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance and ongoing client relationship management.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing clear guidance, collecting necessary documentation, and acting as a liaison with insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details.
- Continuously update knowledge on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills
