Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex innovation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget, and timeline.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research, trend analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Facilitate ideation workshops, design thinking sessions, and rapid prototyping to generate and validate innovative concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, marketing, and operations, to bring innovative solutions to market.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership and clients.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and agile delivery within project teams.
- Develop business cases and financial models to assess the viability and potential impact of new innovations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development in innovation methodologies.
- Identify and manage potential partnerships with startups, academia, and technology providers to accelerate innovation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in leading complex innovation projects or product development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile).
