Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, documenting findings accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials from machines and production lines, ensuring proper material handling techniques are used.
- Assist in setting up and changing over production equipment for different products.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, practicing good housekeeping principles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as required.
- Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.

- Proven ability to operate production machinery (e.g., assembly lines, packaging machines, processing equipment).
