Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform assembly tasks, quality checks, and packaging of finished products.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and reporting any malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, as well as inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
