Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial equipment and machinery under supervision, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.
- Perform routine checks and inspections of process equipment, identifying and reporting any malfunctions or irregularities.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and products within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support senior operators and technicians in basic maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
- Record operational data, production metrics, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Participate in emergency drills and respond effectively to operational incidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production and operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall facility operations.
Required Skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (ability to read instructions, labels, and perform simple calculations).
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
