Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
- Load raw materials and components into machines and unload finished products.
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or irregularities immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around the machinery and production floor.
- Follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Support inventory management by moving and organizing materials and finished goods.
- Help with routine machine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors or skilled technicians.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly about production status and issues.
