Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, ensuring correct product, quantity, and size.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring products are secured for safe transit and minimizing damage.
- Verify product details against order forms to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely and according to training guidelines (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and logistics functions.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment which may include varying temperatures.
- No prior experience required; full training provided.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a physical labor role or fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy to operate scanning equipment or access order information (training provided).
