Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians, with various tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment manually or using basic machinery.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, clearing rubble, and setting up and taking down temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and perform other manual labour duties as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific procedures rigorously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure site safety.
- Assist with mixing and pouring concrete, mortar, and other construction compounds.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
