Alexkor SOC Ltd is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hybrid Facilities Cleaner to become a vital member of our team in Alexander Bay, Northern Cape. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who excels in maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene across diverse environments. Operating under a hybrid model, your responsibilities will encompass both hands-on cleaning duties within our various operational facilities, workshops, and corporate offices, as well as dedicated remote administrative and coordination tasks. These remote duties will involve managing cleaning supplies inventory, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries, developing cleaning schedules, and maintaining digital records of completed tasks and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces across various Alexkor facilities.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient usage.
- Coordinate remotely with suppliers for the procurement and delivery of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for different areas, ensuring timely and thorough completion of tasks.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards identified during cleaning operations.
- Maintain accurate digital records of cleaning activities, supply orders, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards and safety protocols.
