Key Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processes are followed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations, collecting and analysing data as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including drafting correspondence and organizing meetings.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, learning & development, and policy review.
- Help facilitate internal communications and employee queries, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Learn and apply relevant labour laws and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
